Members Guest Day 2016 – Final Draw1 (2)

To allow all our Gent members to become scratch golfers before the end of the season the Handicap Committee are running an additional Optional Medal on Sunday 7th August 2016.

Please return all cards including ones where you have NR’d at one hole or more.

OFFICIAL WARNING: A scratch handicap is not guaranteed and may go up if you play badly.

On Thursday 4^th August we have 13 visitors from the Clydebank Senior Citizens Golf Club. Tee will be booked from 10:30 till 11:15 or until the last carer has helped them off the Tee.

On Friday 5^th August we are honoured to host the Lanarkshire Ladies Tri-Am with the Tee booked from 10:30 till 12:00.

The committee apologise for any inconvenience outings cause but the revenue allows us to improve the course which I am sure you will agree is the best it has been in years.

For those of you who wish to risk getting struck by lightening this afternoon the Course is now open. Bunkers are flooded and should be treated as Ground Under repair till the water subsides.

It will come as no surprise that due to the heavy rain last night and the forecast for the rest of the day that the course if closed.  There is more heavy rain forecast for tomorrow so please check this website and I will update you daily.  The bar and catering is still open if you want to drown your sorrows rather than yourself.
